Associate lawyer: Dr. Urbano Sonzini Astudillo
Urbano Sonzini Astudillo is a lawyer graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA, 2009) and has a Master’s degree in law and economics at Alma Mater Studiorum – Universitá di Bologna (Italy, 2012/2013). In the academic field he has served as an assistant professor of the subject Philosophy of Law at the Catholic University of Salta (UCASAL, 2016/2018) and has taught numerous courses on civil and commercial issues at the School of the Judiciary of Salta (2016/2019).
Prior to joining Gómez Naar & Asociados, Urbano Sonzini Astudillo worked for several years in the corporate and litigation departments of Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen and Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h), and Navarro Castex Abogados, both from the city of Buenos Aires, and as Civil and Commercial Secretary in the Judicial Branch of Salta. In the city of Salta, he also exercised the profession independently, acting as the attorney for numerous international and national companies in litigious matters and advising on contractual, corporate, bankruptcy and mining matters.
